Junior & Senior Classes
Junior classes are held on a Saturday with our Senior classes being held on a Sunday.
All Junior and Senior students follow a structured timetable to ensure they enjoy a full musical theatre curriculum which includes Drama, Tap, Ballet, Vocal and Jazz. Our Senior students also benefit from a dedicated Musical Theatre Ensemble (MTE) class where they get to work with an MD and Director/Choreographer to create pieces from musicals past and present.
With fully qualified ISTD Ballet and Tap teachers working alongside our Jazz, Drama and Vocal tutors, who have an abundance of teaching experience and have worked professionally in all avenues of the performing/entertainment industry with credits from all over the globe, whilst keeping their pulse on the trends of today’s performing arts industry, you can be rest assured that your child will be receiving some of the best training around.
Our Junior and Senior classes are run in a professional working manner to help equip our students with the skills for working within a professional environment.
The training is focused on technical and performance training and is not exam focused. This, we believe, allows the students of KA Arts to flourish and not have any added pressure throughout their time with us. Students can however, work towards examinations in Ballet, Tap and Drama in addition to their musical theatre timetable. More information will be made available on request.
Each Junior and Senior group is streamed on age/ability and class sizes capped to ensure that each student is receiving the maximum benefit from their training.
